AMC: Stream TV Shows & Movies App Reviews

Basically I agree with everyone else. I love that they have an app, the quality of video is excellent, but the amount of (repetitive) ads is incredibly frustrating. Please fix the volume of the ads at least. Its no fun having to dive for the remote every break so the whole neighbor doesnt wake up.

Cant view a thing without an account on cable network. Should have read reviews first. Deleting app as it is worthless.

To whoever decided to not stream full episodes anymore, I hope you get fired! Not everyone is able to watch the shows at the time they are on and rely on catching up online. Since you decided this season that Fear TWD wouldnt be streamed, I am giving up on this and all of AMC shows. Buh-bye!

Your Apple TV app is great and works like it is supposed to, except for one major thing: the volume during the commercials is about 10x louder than the volume of the actual program. This is on purpose, highly annoying, and has not gone unnoticed by many people ranking your app in the iTunes store. I would highly recommend normalizing and leveling the volume between the show being watched, and the ad being pushed. Else you might start losing viewers, including this one.

This is a terrible app, crashes often. Painful to use have to login to cable website after nearly episode. Limited select of full episodes. Which is great as I only get a taste of a show and with the frustration of the you wont want to deal with amc at all. Save your self the trouble and just dont download this app. Best of all cant use charter through amc on the atv at all. So terrible on many accounts.

The tv shows volume ok the app is considerably lower than the commercials, when the commercials start my speakers begin to pop. Is there anyway for this issue to be fixed??

I love AMC programs but whoever manages the streaming app displays very poor judgement. Frequent ads are one thing, but to have the volume on them literally twice the volume of the program (which is illegal on cable broadcasting) is an antagonizing act of desperation. My family just hits the mute button and avoids the sponsors message altogether....too bad for the sponsor, who maybe needs to enforce a smarter approach rather than a tqctic dating back to the 1990s.

This app has way too many ads. Whats the point of watching it on the go when you have to watch just as many commercials that youd get on TV? Each ad is 3 minutes long and each episode has about 5-6 ads in it.

I will change my review once Centurylink is listed to sign in to so I can watch shows.

Ok app with lots of good content, but it needs Google Chromecast support. Also this app is not optimized for iPhone 6S/6S Plus.

Is this supposed to work? Only get previews, I would like to watch episodes. Signed in properly with directv. Just as bad as the website.

Unable to use unless you have certain subscriptions with a cable company. No option for SlingTV users.

Why do I have certain cable service to use it!? The whole point is that I DO NOT HAVE CABLE! that is why I wanted the app. It is terrible...

Cant sign in with Frontier Fios so this app does nothing for me.
