Video lags and there’s no version for the Apple TV

Attempting to use the app with AirPlay causes stalls and crashes if the video is paused, or sometimes just because. There is little feedback for most operations. If you do get the video to play, just step away from the mobile device and hope it doesnt stop.

I know a lot of people like to watch TV on their phone or iPad, but I bought an Apple TV to watch it on my regular TV. Why not make an Apple TV?

AirPlay is iffy at best. Sometimes itll send it to my old TV 2 720p but refuses to work with the latest TV 4! I know that sometimes AirPlay isnt perfect but I have solid AirPlay from SyFy & Amazon video. Why not make a native TV app?

Oh my god. I will never use any of the products this app saturates its experience with. Dont do it. Down use this app.

Saw the reviews but forged ahead. I am not a cable subscriber. No problem watching fresh episodes. Need to have cable to see all others. Plays great. They mustve fixed it.

Using AirPlay with this app is completely broken. After every commercial break, the app is "unable to continue payback". To fix this, you have to close the app and reopen, which before resuming watching, loads a new set of commercials. Maybe thats what they want, to get more add revenue?? Has steered me away from watching any series from AMC. One would think with so many of the same negative reviews, they would look into fixing the app? Unfortunately this is not so.

App will not return to where you left a show when commercials come on - amazingly good commercial streaming app! After a commercial break you have to close the show re-open the episode, wait through another 30 seconds AMC commercial before advancing the slider to where you left.

The app works fine if you just watch episodes on your device, but if you want to AirPlay to your AppleTV or even just to a receiver it drops out after the first ad break. Its been this way for at least over a year now. Update please and fix this.

At this point, Im just convinced that they actually want you to delete the app... I mean seriously, this has to be a joke??! Trying to AirPlay from this app will drive you absolutely insane. Come on AMC, if you are going to have an app, have one worth having.

APP DOESNT ALLOW ME TO SELECT DISH NETWORK??? PLEASE FIX!!

You should be able to get rid of the commercials. Crashes. Can not cast. Even logged in through my cable provider. Get it together.

Besides having just as many commercials as tv, this app locks up constantly. AirPlay seemed to make it even worse. Every time it locked up I had to close and reopen the app which required me to login every time even tho I had checked keep me logged in for 2 weeks. Very frustrating.

Plays and crashes about every 5 minutes. 4 minutes of commercials and then it crashes again. Then reloads commercials and crashes again. Try to find your original spot in the show and then it loads commercials again. Fail

This app is just terrible. AirPlaying to an Apple TV simply doesnt work effectively - it stops working every time theres an ad and I have to restart the program and scrub to the correct location. Also why no Xfinity authentication for the Apple TV app?

This thing manages to play commercial after commercial without a hitch. But after each commercial break it crashes and you have restart the show. After youve tried to position the slider exactly where the show left off. It always jumps back to before the break. And guess what! You have to watch yet another commercial blue ck before you can proceed. IF you can proceed. Worst frikkin app I have ever encountered.

I will reevaluate my review when Chromecast support is added.

Pointless without cable. There should be pay options.

Great app with lots of good content, but it needs Google Chromecast support. Also this app is not optimized for iPhone 6S/6S Plus.
